This typical detached 80's family home was extended to the rear, front and side and extensively re-modelled internally to provide the light filled semi-open plan accommodation required to meet the families growing needs.  The property installed Solar Thermal Panel to provide hot water and Photo Voltaic to supply electric reducing the families energy demands .   The design, build and project management was undertaken by Samantha Starkie.
